Build healthyhabits,day by day.

Habits are built when you know what comes next. Healthness tracks fasting, meals, water, movement and sleep, and always puts what matters right now at the top of the screen.

Fasting — the timer, water and movement lead.
Same screen. It reorders itself.
The daily cycle
The daily cycle

One loop, five phases, and an app that keeps up.

This is the routine Healthness was built around — the founder’s own, in the order it happens.

20:00 · Evening

Last meal, then water.

20:00 · Evening

Last meal, then water.

Your last meal lands two or three hours before bed. After that, nothing else — just water. The fast starts here, and the app is already tracking the water alongside it.

23:00 · Night

The night does the work.

You sleep, and both halves of it count. The fasting timer keeps running, and Health hands over the night itself — hours, stages, how often you surfaced. You log none of it, and by morning there is a score with five reasons behind it: how long, how regular, the stages, the time actually asleep, how settled it was.

08:00 · Morning

Two wins before breakfast.

The best hours of the fast. Water and black coffee, a half-hour walk or some stretching. Both count — most mornings the water and burned-activity trophies are done before the fast even ends.

12:30 · Breaking the fast

Re-feed gently.

Water first, then food — smaller portions across a wider window rather than one heavy meal. After a long fast the app says so, because a 20-hour fast does not end the way a 16-hour one does.

13:00 · Feeding window

Now the ring matters.

The calorie ring and daily macros spring back to the top, because that is what the day is about now. Four to six hours of eating well. Then water until sleep, and it starts over.

The mechanism

The day takes the wheel.

One home screen with two personalities. Flip the switch and watch the cards move — this is the real animation, running live.

Now leading the screen

  • Fasting timer
  • Water
  • Burned

Fasting phase

You start a fast. The timer, your water and your light activity ride to the top — and the calorie ring drops away, because there is nothing to count yet.

It settles into the right layout on cold launch too. Open the app in the morning and the rhythm simply carried on while you slept.

What’s inside

Everything the cycle needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

One app instead of a fasting app, a calorie app and a water tracker that never speak to each other.

Fasting, with the body explained

13:11, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD or your own window. An hour-by-hour body-stages sheet tells you where you are — anabolic, catabolic, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy — in plain language, at the moment it becomes true. Rate your energy in one tap when it ends, and the pattern tells you which windows actually suit you.

Snap a meal

Photograph the plate. AI identifies every item and its portion, then files the calories and macros for you.

Scan any label

Point the camera at a nutrition or supplement panel. Supplements go to your stack, food goes to My Foods, printed values intact.

All 18 vitamins and minerals

Not just protein, carbs and fat. Micronutrients count from your meals and your supplement stack together, so you can see what your diet is actually missing.

Water and movement

Paired on one row — the two things you can win during a fast. The water goal is 30 ml for every kilo you weigh, not a flat two litres for everybody.

Everything you burn

Resting energy, active energy and the gym set Health never saw — one honest number rather than three to reconcile. Sets, reps, a rest clock and routines you can run again.

Sleep, scored

Read from Health, never typed in. A score, the stages behind it, and five plain sentences saying which part of the night cost you what.

Trophies and streaks

Water, Intake, Burned, Fasting. A daily badge each, plus 3, 5 and 7-day streak tiers.

A coach that has read your day

Ask how the week is going and the answer comes back in your own numbers — today’s calories against your goal, your protein, your micronutrients, your fasts, what you burned. Three questions a week are free.

A food database in your language

Close to 3,000, each one localised — plus your own foods, ingredients and saved meals. The portion picker weighs solids and measures liquids, so a glass is a glass rather than 100 g of one.

Share the streak

See each other’s totals and the meals you photograph — never your weight, your logs or your history. Sleep sharing stays off until you switch it on, and every connection needs both people to say yes.

English, Croatian and Slovenian

Every screen translated by hand, end to end — not machine-translated.

Why not the other one

You probably have two of these already.

A fasting app and a calorie app, neither of which knows the other exists. That gap is the whole reason Healthness got built.

Calorie counters

MyFitnessPal, Lose It, Cronometer

Treat the day as a flat 24-hour pile of calories. Every day looks the same, whether you ate from 8am or from noon.

Healthness

One app, one rhythm

The calorie ring is one card — and it steps aside while you’re fasting, because there is nothing to count.

Fasting apps

Zero, Fastic, Simple

Handle the timer, then stop. The water, the walk and the meal after are somebody else’s problem.

Healthness

One app, one rhythm

Carries the rhythm the whole way round: the fast, the water through it, the walk during it, the macros after it.

Health aggregators

Health and friends

Show you data. Beautiful charts of what already happened.

Healthness

One app, one rhythm

Reads from Health, then does the part it won’t: turns last night and what you burned into what to do next. The next right thing is the most visible thing on the screen.

Two or three weeks

How it actually goes.

“I tried every feature. I stuck with it for the last two or three weeks. I feel great — my general health has improved quite a bit.”
Ivan Muktic · founder, and test subject number one
01

Try

You poke at everything separately — a fast here, a logged meal there, the first trophy.

02

Stick

The cycle locks in. Last meal earlier. A walk during the fast. Streak counts start climbing.

03

Notice

Sleeping better. Steadier mornings. Fewer cravings. This is the part nobody warns you about.

04

Live

It is just how you eat now. The app stops being a coach and becomes a metronome.

Pricing

Free is a real app, not a trailer.

The whole rhythm — fasting, water, movement, sleep, macros, trophies, sharing — works without paying anything. Premium buys the AI scanning, a month’s worth of Coach and the full micronutrient picture.

Questions

Before you download.

No. Skip the timer entirely and Healthness works as a calorie, macro, micronutrient and water tracker. The reorder simply never fires, and the calorie ring stays where it is all day.

Two health wins before your first meal.

Start tonight. Last meal, then water — and the rest of the cycle takes care of itself.
